I find inspiration in the neighborhoods and places I have lived in or visited, and my architectural training is reflected in my style and technique. My interpretation of famous buildings, homes and landmarks are depicted by my use of lines, textures, geometric shapes and minute details to create exciting compositions that tell a story. I want viewers to come inside my paintings, peek into the windows, doors and buildings, and wander among the neighborhoods, living the tale that my work reflects. I work in acrylic paint on canvas, using different textured sands and paste to create the illusion of depth and different building materials.
